Stephanie is the newest addition to our team at Skin and Tonic. She completed her CIDESCO diploma in 2008 at Papillon Academy of Beauty Therapy. Being the youngest to complete her diploma and our youngest staff member, she is very enthusiastic about her work and always ready to learn that little bit more to be able to lengthen her product and practical knowledge. She recieved an award for 'Best Gel Nails' at Papillon. Stephanie has trained with products such as Dermalogica, Ultraceuticals, ASAP, Tholgo, and Bio Sculpture.

Karolyne completed her training in 1990 as a fully qualified beauty therapist at Papillon Academy. Since then as well as working as a therapist she has taught beauty therapy at Papillon Acadamy for approximately six years before moving on to Madame Korner as principal and opening their new academy in 1996. Additionally Karolyne has taught Beauty Therapy at TAFE, and is a fully accredited beauty therapy teacher and trainer. In 2000 Karolyne became the owner-operator of Calla Health & Beauty providing the Eastern Shore with a salon committed to customer service and professional skin care. In June 2005, the business Calla Health and Beauty ceased. Karolyne established the new upmarket fully functional health care centre under the name of Skin and Tonic, introducing innovative beauty solutions such as an infra-red sauna, spray tan booth, stand up solarium, computerised front desk and the latest in nail technology. Karolyne specialises in all facets of Beauty Therapy including electrolysis - permanent hair removal. Her principal role at present is managing the salon and supervising the team of lovely therapists.

Amy completed her training in 2000 and commenced work at Calla Health & Beauty where her Nail Technician certificates and extensive training in Dermalogica have earned her the reputation of being a leader in the Beauty Therapy profession. Along with her bubbly personality and easy going nature Amy eases into the new position of Salon Owner and Operator with a breath of fresh air. Amy specialises in nail creation and nail art.

Sheena qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 1996 with Papillon Academy. Having worked at Goulds Naturopathic Pharmacy for 6 years, she has a vast knowlege in nutrition, herbs and aromatherapy. This is reflected in her holistic approach to Beauty Therapy. Sheena has specialised in skin care and with her excellent product knowledge this gives her the expertise in making people confident they are receiving the best possible advice along with the results they require for their skin. Sheena has a natural ability to help clients feel at ease during their treatments.

Natalie qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 1997 at Papillon Academy of Beauty where she also worked. Since then she has worked at Ella Bache. She loves waxing and enjoys working with the team at Skin and Tonic.

Sharon qualified as a beauty therapist in 1989 at Papillion Academy where she also worked. She has many years experience in the retail cosmetic industry and also worked at Ella Bache Hobart for 5 years. Sharon recently returned to work after having two young children and is very pleased with joining the team at Skin and Tonic. She loves all aspects of beauty therapy and is looking forward to meeting with new and post clients.
